To date, as builders in Bangalore we have delivered approximately 20 lakh square feet of built development, with close to 9 lakh square feet currently under execution and scheduled for completion by April 2027. In parallel, we have secured a land bank of 25 acres earmarked for future residential projects.

Looking ahead, the group’s pipeline is supported by strong land readiness. ARS Infraa has already acquired approximately 25 acres of land earmarked for upcoming projects, ensuring that future developments are not speculative but planned with long-term visibility.
